TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please check the latest availability above and call owner-managers Marcus Milton or Kirsty Cook (9am - 9pm) on 01298 871004 (from outside UK +44 1298 871004). We require a deposit of 25% at the time of booking. NOTE: We cannot hold a reservation without your deposit.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

25% deposit at time of booking. Balance due no later than 2 calendar months before arrival.

Cancellation. If you have to cancel within 2 months of arrival you may have to pay for the full cost of your holiday unless we are able to relet, or you have taken out appropriate insurance. Therefore, we strongly advise that you take out UK Holiday Cancellation Insurance to protect yourself. An inexpensive policy can be obtained online at www.travel.schofields.ltd.uk - typically this costs £10 for up to £1000 of cover.

No dogs please! The Bungalow is a child-friendly, low allergy environment which means we cannot allow dogs (or any other pets) onto the premises, inside or out. The health risk to children from picking up dog mess is unacceptable and please ensure that all visitors (temporary or otherwise) are aware of this policy as it will be strictly enforced. No exceptions!

Loss or damage. As cottage owners, we accept that there may be minor breakages to glasses and crockery etc and you will not be asked to replace these, provided they are within reason. However, you will be responsible for all other loss or damage to the property from the time of your arrival until the time you are booked to leave. You agree to make good or pay for all other loss or damage on agreement with us when you leave.

By making a reservation and paying your deposit you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.

PAYMENT

  • BY CARD: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch, and a deposit payment by any of these cards will GUARANTEE your reservation. Do not send card details by email - please telephone!
  • BY CHEQUE: We also accept cheques, although deposit payment by this method does not guarantee your reservation until we receive the money. We will allow 3 days to receive your deposit payment after which time we reserve the right to offer the accommodation to others. Your cheque should be made payable to 'Kirsty Cook' and sent to our postal address:

All payments will be acknowledged with a receipt, layout plan, map and other details. Arrangements to collect the keys will be sent to you on payment of final balance.
